Florida Suds and Lights Convention Policies

Unfortunatly, convention registration fees are non refunable. However, should you not be able to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a family member or friend (disclaimer-they will be wearing your name tag as these are printed up in advance).

Florida Suds and Light and its Coordinators are not responsible for the outcome of attendee or vendor participation in scheduled activities, nor for any transactions conducted between attendees including, but not limited to, co-ops, swaps, contests, vendor and garage sales.

All attendees and vendors must have a name tag. This includes children. Children between the ages of 12 & 17 will be able to attend the convention and participate in the contests. They will have access to breakfast, lunch and snacks. They will not receive a goodie bag or door prize. If you wish for your child to receive such, they will need to pay full adult price. Name tags and door prize tickets will be given to you when you check in. If one does not have a name tag on, they will be asked to leave. This is the only way we can make sure you are a paid attendee. Your name tag needs to be worn at all times during the convention. We ask that you honor this.

Registration must be paid in advance. No payments will be accepted at the door. Registration will close on April 30, 2009. All payments must be received and cleared by that date.
